This website is operated by Honee’s Hands Creations LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Honee’s Hands Creations LLC.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, submitting a custom-order request, or using any part of the site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please review these terms before placing an order. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or purchase our products.

Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes. You may not transmit viruses, malicious code, or use the website in a way that interferes with its operation.

Products and services

Honee’s Hands Creations provides custom embroidery, personalized apparel, accessories, ready-made merchandise, digital embroidery products, and related creative services.

Product colors, garment shades, thread colors, and design placement may appear differently depending on:

• Screen settings
• Lighting
• Garment dye lots
• Thread availability
• Product photography
• Manufacturer variations

Minor variations are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit or discontinue products, designs, color options, garment styles, or services at any time.

Custom orders

Custom orders may include names, dates, numbers, logos, photographs, artwork, phrases, colors, garment selections, and other customer-requested details.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

Before production, customers may be asked to approve:

• Spelling
• Wording
• Dates and numbers
• Design layout
• Colors
• Placement
• Garment style
• Size
• Quantity
• Pricing

Once the customer approves the order or design proof, Honee’s Hands Creations is not responsible for errors that were included in the approved information.

Requests for changes after approval may result in:

• Additional design fees
• Additional digitizing fees
• Material costs
• Production delays
• A revised completion date

Design approval

Digital mockups and proofs are visual representations. The final embroidered or printed product may differ slightly due to garment texture, thread, machine limitations, size, placement, and production methods.

Approval of a proof authorizes Honee’s Hands Creations to begin production.

Production may begin immediately after approval and payment. Once production begins, the order may not be canceled or changed without additional charges.

Customer-submitted artwork and intellectual property

By submitting a logo, photograph, design, phrase, trademark, character, school logo, team logo, or other artwork, the customer confirms that they own the material or have permission to use and reproduce it.

The customer accepts responsibility for any copyright, trademark, licensing, publicity-right, or intellectual-property claims related to submitted material.

Honee’s Hands Creations may refuse any design that we reasonably believe:

• Infringes intellectual-property rights
• Is unlawful
• Contains hate speech or threatening content
• Is defamatory
• Is technically unsuitable for production
• Violates Shopify’s policies
• Could damage our equipment or materials

Pricing and payment

Prices may change without notice.

Custom-order prices may depend on:

• Garment type and size
• Design dimensions
• Stitch count
• Number of thread colors
• Digitizing requirements
• Quantity
• Design complexity
• Materials
• Rush production
• Shipping

Production does not begin until required payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Additional charges may apply when the customer requests changes after design work, digitizing, purchasing, or production has begun.

Digitizing and setup fees

Digitizing, artwork preparation, and setup fees pay for design-development work and are generally nonrefundable once the work has started.

Payment of a digitizing fee does not automatically transfer ownership of the embroidery file unless file ownership or delivery is specifically included in the written agreement.

Production and turnaround times

Turnaround times are estimates and begin after:

• Payment is received
• Required order details are provided
• Design approval is completed
• Customer-supplied garments are received, when applicable

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Delays may occur because of:

• Garment availability
• Supplier delays
• Equipment issues
• Design revisions
• Weather
• Carrier delays
• Holidays
• High order volume
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.

Customer-supplied garments

When customer-supplied garments are accepted, embroidery and printing are performed at the customer’s risk.

Although reasonable care is taken, Honee’s Hands Creations cannot guarantee replacement of customer-supplied garments if damage occurs because of hidden defects, fabric instability, prior treatments, construction issues, or machine-related complications.

Any special replacement arrangement must be agreed upon before production.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error made by Honee’s Hands Creations.

Shipping and delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Honee’s Hands Creations is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by:

• Incorrect addresses
• Carrier delays
• Weather
• Theft after delivery
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier
• Customs processing
• Events beyond our control

Digital products

Digital embroidery files and other downloadable products are provided electronically.

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their:

• Embroidery machine
• Software
• Hoop size
• File format
• Operating system
• Intended project

Digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, copied, uploaded to file-sharing services, or claimed as the customer’s original digital work unless a separate commercial license expressly permits it.

Customers may use purchased files to create physical finished products, subject to any license terms included with the product listing.

Personal information

Submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and links

The website may use third-party services, applications, payment processors, shipping providers, or links.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Customers should review applicable third-party terms and policies before using those services.

Prohibited uses

You may not use this website:

• For unlawful purposes
• To violate intellectual-property rights
• To submit false or misleading information
• To transmit harmful code
• To collect customer information without permission
• To interfere with the website’s security

Occasionally, product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, shipping charges, or other information may contain errors.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order. If a paid order is canceled because of our error, the appropriate payment will be refunded.

Disclaimer of warranties

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information and quality workmanship.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms or required by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Honee’s Hands Creations LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, or services.

Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to that claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

• Artwork or material you submitted without proper authorization

Governing law
